Super Sunday at Broadstreet RFC Midlands U18 championship

Staffordshire Under 18's will begin their defence of the Midlands Under-18 Championship with a trip a trip to Warwickshire on September 22. Staffordshire won the competition for the first time last season when they beat East Midlands 38-18 in the final at Broadstreet's Ivor Preece Field and Staffordshire will start their title defence and begin to play rugby on Warwickshire soil at Coventry Rugby Club Barkers’ Butts’s Pickford Grange Lane ground. Staffordshire’s other group match will be against North Midlands at Burntwood on October 20.

The playing format of the competition remains the same with the six Midlands counties divided into two groups with a Super Sunday event at Broadstreet RFC on October 31 to determine the final placings.

September 22:

Notts, Lincs & Derbyshire v Leicestershire (at Kesteven),

Warwickshire v Staffordshire (Barkers' Butts)

October 6:

Leicestershire v East Midlands (Syston),

North Midlands v Warwickshire (Stourbridge)

October 20:

East Midlands v NLD (Wellingborough),

Staffordshire v North Midlands (Burntwood).

October 31:

Super Sunday (Broadstreet)
