| Maul |
A maul occurs when a player carrying the ball is held by one or more opponents, and one or more of the ball carrier's team mates bind on the ball carrier. Once a maul has formed other players may join in but, as in a ruck, they must do so from their own side. |
| Mini Rugby |
Mini rugby is a version of the senior game played by children from the age of six years old to 12 years old, where each stage brings in additional skills for the development of the child. Each stage has its own rules distinguishing it from the adult game of rugby. The stages are structured to introduce different aspects of the game matched to the development ability of the childs age group. The emphasis being to develop these skills all within the 'Spirit Of Rugby' |
