Martin Gilkes was a stalwart of Southam Rugby Club for over 20 years as a committee member and Bar Chairman, his unstinting work behind the scenes, helped keep the sometimes chaos that is Southam Rugby club running. His passing will be missed.”

“Martin Gilkes passed away suddenly on wednesday morning (20/1/2010) after a battle with cancer and a chest infection.
The funeral service will take place on Mon 1st Feb 10:15 at St James Church, Southam

Family will then go on to the crematorium and then down to the club for a few beers in memory.
