Adam is a former Princethorpe College has recently been announced as a partner at Button Legal, Warwick Road, city centre, and will specialise in residential property work, commercial property and landlord and tenant issues.

Adam graduated from Birmingham UCE University with a degree in law and business and went on to complete a one-year legal practice course at Birmingham College of Law before joining Button Legal where he completed his training.

"It's been an interesting and enjoyable couple of years and it was always an ambition of mine to progress to become a partner after training and qualifying," he said.

"It's come a bit quicker than I expected but I'm not complaining. It's a great opportunity and I'm relishing the challenges that my new position within the firm will bring."

Senior partner Nick Button said: "I'm really delighted with Adam's progress and he is a great asset to the firm. From my point of view it's important that we bring new young people into the business. We try to take people on from the local area as part of our succession planning and Adam is the perfect illustration of that in practice."

Button Legal was set up in 1988 and offers a range of services including conveyancing, commercial property, landlord and tenant issues, matrimonial law and debt recovery. It now has nine lawyers and 16 support staff.

Should we all let you know if we get promoted at work? Carl recently got a new job as a grade 3 phone repairer. Surely that is more news worthy than this!
