Broadstreet Players Make England Colleges Squad

Broadstreet RFC players and Henley College Coventry students Jack Howland (Broadstreet colts Flyhalf) and Joe Lowery (Broadstreet Colts Fullback) have been selected for the England Colleges Squad.

After a series of tough trials both players will attend England training at Warwick Univeristy on the 22nd & 23rd January in preparation for international fixtures against Scotland Universities and Wales Colleges.

Both Howland and Lowery both play club rugby for Broadstreet RFC along with combining their rugby with studies at Henley College Coventry.

An excellent achievement for both players who have excelled in the college rugby team this year.

In Addition to this Richard Smith  Warwickshire College & Broadstreet RFC who also guested for the Coventry Nighthawks against Northampton Saints 2 weeks ago has also gained selection for the England College Squad.

Broadstreet Rugby club would like to congratulate all three players on this great achievement and wish them success in making the final team.
