Dads from Newport and Broadstreet invited to join in the fun of a ‘Dads and Coaches XV’ game.  Minis’ Players, Parents and Supporters to watch the Senior’s National League 3 Midlands fixture.  Social Evening in the clubhouse including a children’s Disco.

Broadstreet RFC entertain the Mini Section of Shropshire rugby club, Newport RUFC at the Ivor Preece Field Rugby Ground on 26th March.  Newport, have established a tradition of touring the country in the early Spring and in recent years have visited Gloucester, Evesham, The Wirral and Leicester.  Street are delighted to have the opportunity of playing host this year and on Saturday will look forward to a full day of events.  All the Minis’ sides from Under 7s to Under 12s will play in the morning with the first games starting at 10:30 am and the latter ones finishing just after Midday.  At 1:00 pm there will be a ‘Dads and Coaches XV’ game on the main pitch in front of the grandstand.  Anyone wishing to get involved in this game should contact either Chris Harrison [Loper] on 07956 204 663 or Steve Walton on 07938 826 739.

All of the day’s participants are then welcome to watch the First Teams of each club in their National League 3 Midlands game that kicks-off at 3:00 pm.  This will be followed in the evening with Newport and the Street hosting a social evening in the clubhouse with a disco for the kids and for the parents, a few drinks!
