Current First-teamer, Simon Morris to run the London Marathon to raise funds for the Anthony Nolan Trust.  Sponsors wishing to help Simon reach his target urged to donate funds online.  

Broadstreet RFC First Team Flanker and stalwart,Simon Morris, has set himself the challenge of running the London Marathon on 17th April to raise funds to help the fight against Blood Cancer.  The Anthony Nolan Trust is a registered charity that helps match stem cell donors with suffers desperately needing life-saving transplants.

The Anthony Nolan Trust saves the lives of those who desperately need stem cell transplants by finding them matching donors. They are the UK's most successful stem cell register, managing and recruiting donors. They also undertake vital research to improve the successful outcome of stem cell transplants.

Simon writes: - I am running in the London Marathon this year and would appreciate your support through sponsorship.  Anthony Nolan save lives by matching donors to patients who desperately need a stem cell transplant; often a transplant is the last hope for a person suffering from leukaemia or other blood related disorders.  I have a personal target of raising £2000 but the more money you raise, the more lives we can help save.
