Broadstreet RFC capitulate in the fourth quarter to South Leicester RFC.

Coventry rugby club Broadstreet RFC throw away a thirteen point lead going into the fourth quarter versus South Leicester RFC in an entertaining National League 3 M idlands clash at the Ivor Preece Field Rugby Ground. Street spurn a number of opportunities to extend their lead to more than two full scores and pay the penalty for allowing South to remain within touching distance to then amass nineteen unanswered points and gain five precious league points in their pursuit of promotion. This could so very easily have been a victory for the Street, but South's never-say-die attitude adequately reflected the difference between the two teams' aspirations for the remainder of the season. Somewhat ironically, the six point margin generated Street's first Losing Bonus Point for the season after nine previous defeats.

Street Beavers come good in the end 17-12 in a very enjoyable game for all against Old Leamingtonians RFC at the Ivor Preece Field Rugby Ground.

Street Colts scrape through against Old Coventrians RFC Colts at OCs Tile Hill Lane headquarters in the Semi-Final of the Bob Coward Warwickshire Colts Cup. Leading 20-12 at half-time, the Street manage to restrict OCs sprited fightback and despite having to defend for long phases of the second half, hang on to win 23-22.

Street's appearance in the Final at Coventry RFC's Butts Park Arena on Monday 18th April will be against Nuneaton RFC Colts, who overcome Kenilworth RFC Colts 19-11 in the other semi.
