Pre-Season rugby training for Fatties

Come and have some FUN Pre-season Rugby Training with the Badgers and Beavers
Have Fun Pre-season Training. There are not too many sports played in the world today where being as fat and heavy as possible can give you an advantage. Sumo wrestling is one which comes to mind. This requires a powerful technique with good balance, some of the skills required for a night on the town with Broadstreet's very own Chris 'Loper' Harrison. We don't want all of our players in the mould of sumo wrestlers, so we have plans to introduce some measures equalling out the benefits which the speed freaks get.
If your close season involved a lot of Dad dinners and trips to the local burger joints, then pre-season training for fatties begins w/c 1st August and continues every Tuesday evening and Thursday evening thereafter.
Some say that'Rugby is for fat people who can't play football' so come up to the Ivor Preece Field For 6:30 pm every Tuesday and Thursday and prove them wrong.
Broadstreet Beavers and Broadstreet Badgers begin their Warwickshire 1 and 4 pre-seasons with some football, touch rugby, rugby netball, etc. bringing to our training sessions an emphasis on fun.
If you do get too fast we can always slow you down !!
See you training on Tuesday 2nd August for a 6:30pm start at the Ivor Preece Field.
