Disciplinary Hearings For First Offenders.
Changes to the Processing of some Disciplinary Hearings.

Commencing 1st September 2011 we are changing the way we handle some cases.
A player will not be required to attend a Warwickshire RFU Disciplinary Hearing subject to all of the following conditions being complied with: -
1. The player pleads guilty to the charge laid against him/her.
2. The player has a clean disciplinary record i.e. this is a first offence.
3. The player’s club has held a Club Disciplinary Hearing for the player and dealt with it in accordance with RFU Regulation 19 Discipline. (Entry Level and sanctioning applied)
4. The Club provides the County Discipline Secretary with the minutes of their Disciplinary Panel.
The Warwickshire RFU Disciplinary Committee Panel will meet to deal with the case in the absence of the player and Club and an administration fee of £15 charged. A short judgement form will be sent to the Club Secretary by the Warwickshire RFU Discipline Secretary.
The Panel will review the case to ensure the Club has dealt with the player correctly as per Regulation 19. In the event of a club not complying with Regulation 19 the Panel will call the case in and request the player and club to attend the hearing at a later date.
The administration fee of £15 will apply to all cases heard by the Panel this season unless decided otherwise.
