2 weeks into the inaugural Broadstreet Fantasy league and there is already a few top performers that have made the managers that picked them very happy men.

Manager of the moment Mikey Tyrrell currently leads the way after his selection of 17 year old Fly Half Adam Nailor paid dividends as his comprehensive performance for the 4ths against Spartans, picked him up an 18 individual points haul whilst many other managers overlooked him. At full back, Andy Skene was by far and away the most popular player in the game featuring in a massive 78% of Fantasy Manager’s teams, however Tyrrell made another unique and smart move by including veteran full back Andy ‘Tetley’ Tee who earned his manager another 19 points in his first game this season.

Nicholas Thatcher’s expensive price tag was justified this week after his MoM performance in the 1sts team’s poor showing at Dudley Kingswinford still earned his managers some solid points, whilst the brand new 1^st team fly-half Scott Harman showed his range of attacking threats by displaying an effective goal range followed up by a good turn of speed which bagged a try and 17 Fantasy points for the 2 managers that backed him.

Week 3

With all 4 teams facing tough opposition as well as the Colts having a game, most players will be in action this week. But who will earn their Managers the points?

The 1sts will be in for a very tough fixture against high flying South Leicester, who have a very focused eye on that extra promotion spot behinds Rugby Lions , and so you could be forgiven for thinking that there won’t be many Fantasy points on offer. The 2^nd XV also have one of their toughest games of the season against Dudley Kingswinford, who put our 1^st XV to the sword last week, it seems then the 3rds trip to Earlsdon 2nds will bear the most fruit and will likely produce the biggest points haul.
