Warwickshire RFU change recently-introduced Disciplinary Process for First-Time Offenders.  

At the start of this season you would have received notification from the Disciplinary Committee about a new process for first - time offenders.  We introduced it to eliminate the requirement for players and club officials to attend hearings.  However, we have found that it has created more work for the Discipline Secretary.

Therefore with immediate effect ALL disciplinary cases will require the attendance of the player with representatives of his/her club at a disciplinary hearing before a Panel made up of members of the Discipline Committee.
