We like to have 2 coaches per side so that we can pass on the benefit to all players.

Each side needs a dedicated administrator to make sure all details are correct and up to date.
Cheryl Humphrey keeps all of the Under 12's details up to date to keep children playing rugby for the premier club in the Midlands
