Sandbach RFC play their second season out of area in National League 3 Midlands and have been accompanied this season by fellow  cheshire side Lymm RFC. Sandbach recently overcame Lymm 24-34 in their Cheshire cup Their preseason fixtures included Wilmslow RFC, Warrington RFC and Chester RFC.

Over the preseason they have been working hard on their fitness with Calvin Morris the former RFU fitness coach. If you want to check out their efforts they have published it to youtube here. You may spot some familiar faces.

Sandbach run a Festival of Rugby with an Open 7's tournament and a Vetrans (Over 35's) over the summer break, which is a good day out and were strong opposition last season.
