Answer
Adding an article to the website requires approval from Simon Skene the Broadstreet RFC website manager. Once Simon has approved the user to submit articles to the website the user will require a privileges setting in the website backend to allow the submission of articles.
When the user has received confirmation that their privileges have been upgraded the user needs to log onto the website in the usual manor.
