It was Scunthorpe who took the lead when Tim Robinson put over a 3rd minute penalty goal. Broadstreet hit back with the games opening try on 14 minutes when flanker Nigel Mukarati went over and Dan Richards converted.
Robinson closed the gap to a point with a second penalty goal but on the half hour mark the home side went over for a 2nd try and second row Eddie Simkiss touched down and Richards again converted and they went in 14-6 ahead.
10 minutes onto the 2nd half and Scunthorpe went over for a try as winger Rewiti Viamoso touched down.
Five minutes later Richards put over a penalty goalfor the home side to make it 17-11. As the game went into the final 10 minutes home winger Chris Brember was in for Streets third try and they were 22-11 ahead.
Five minutes later and Scunthorpe closed to four points with Viamoso going in to complete a double and this time Robinson added the extras.
