An unusual set of circumstances due to the weather prevailed, as this game was swapped at the twelfth hour from Leamington to the streets ground in Binley. The game itself was a highly contested affair for the first twenty minutes with scores few and far between. Nick Thatcher scoring a try on 7 minutes with Dan Richards adding the conversion followed then by a penalty after 17 minutes. Street continued to pile on the pressure and kept the visitors pegged in their own territory for much of the first half. the pressure finally told on the brave Leamington defence with Dan Richards scoring a try on 30 minutes which he duly converted. The final score of the half again by the boot of Richards who never missed a kick all afternoon slotted over a penalty from 35 meters on the stroke of half time. Half time 23-0
The second started in complete contrast to the first with Leamington coming out of the blocks with an early try scored by their right wing out wide. The try went unconverted . Leamington stepped up their game for a short period and were rewarded with a penalty after 12 minutes after an indiscretion by Broadstreet.
Leamington's fly half added the 3 points to make the score 23-8. With the score in mind street now picked up the pace and replacement Tom Greevy on for injured skipper Eddie Simkiss scored a well earned try on 60 minutes which was converted by the reliable Richards. Further tries were added by Jordan Simpson and Perry Pudge before full time with Richards adding both conversions. Simpson's try was scored after a kick through and chase to the line with a favourable bounce for the Street winger.
