At The Ivor Preece Centre we can accommodate working groups in many different room layouts, such as theatre, boardroom, caberet, and horseshoe. Our Events Co-ordinator can assist you in planning your requirements which can include weddings, private functions, organisations and charity events. For all your Meeting Room needs, all you have to do is request a quote.
Four conference rooms are available catering to small bookings of just a few people, right up to larger events seating up to 100 for banqueting and upward of 250 for BBQ's, hog roasts, buffets etc.
The conference centres private rooms are available with full catering, bar, staffing, presentation equipment, TV and video/DVD facilities and the kind of hospitality you would expect from high class hotels.
The Ivor Preece Centre's resources are dedicated to meeting your needs and fulfilling your requirements. We have full wheelchair access on the ground floor and disabled failities. Our catering and room hire rates are very competitive and if you have any specific requirements these can be accommodated.
The fully resourced conference and activity centre offers excellent flexibility and value for money. Every client receives individual service from our Co-ordinator to ensure an optimum, tailor made package. The centre is situated in an ideal location with easy access to the motorway network and major roads in and around Coventry as well as excellent public transport links.
We also offer free car parking for all our visitors with 24 hour video surveillance.
