Broadstreet RFC take on their local rivals Rugby Lions at Webb Ellis Road in their first meeting in National League 2 North. Its the big match that many people have been looking forward too as its the nearest away game for the first team of the season.
Only 8 miles seperate the two sides with Rugby Lions putting together a couple of better results gaining a couple of wins to see them rise up the table and the street winning away to Hull Ionians and then loosing at home to Macclesfied.
The game kicks off at 7:30 pm and this gives other local rugby players in Coventry and Rugby the chance to go and watch two local teams in the National leagues play each other.
Predictions on the National League Rugby Forum slightly favour Rugby, but there is much pride at stake and it will be an interesting encounter for both sides to actually see where they currently are.
